Services are performed by qualified crew members and may involve the use of industrial equipment, coatings, and surface preparation tools.
All estimates are provided free of charge and reflect the scope of work described at the time of the site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted in writing.
Estimates may change if conditions discovered during work differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate - for example, if hidden moisture, existing coatings, or structural issues are found after work begins. We will notify the customer of any material change in scope and obtain written authorization before proceeding with additional work.
Prices on our website, if displayed, are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote. Final pricing is provided only in a written estimate for your specific project.
Once a project is scheduled, we reserve that time in our calendar on your behalf. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary and will work with you to find the earliest available alternate date.
Payment terms are outlined in each written estimate or service agreement. For most residential projects, a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion.
We accept payment by check, credit card, and other methods as specified at the time of service. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. Accounts outstanding beyond 30 days may be referred to a collections process.
In the event of a dispute regarding payment, please contact us in writing at info@newbraunfelsconcretepolishingandepoxyflooring.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the work area is cleared and accessible prior to the scheduled start date, as described in the estimate or confirmed during scheduling. This includes removing vehicles, stored items, and any obstacles from the work area.
The customer must also disclose any known conditions that may affect the work - such as prior coatings, known moisture issues, underground utilities, or structural concerns - before work begins. Failure to disclose known material conditions may void any applicable warranty.
Where a written warranty is provided with a service, the terms of that warranty govern. In the absence of a written warranty, all services are provided on an "as-is" basis.
Warranties, where applicable, do not cover damage caused by: customer misuse or neglect, use of incompatible cleaning products, impacts or heavy equipment, acts of nature, flooding, or conditions that were not disclosed prior to the start of work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Braunfels Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in the written estimate or service agreement for your project.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New Braunfels Concrete Polishing & Epoxy Flooring and its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or the use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services that are the subject of the claim.
